Norwegian seafood cooking class for parents and children.

On August 19th, the "Norwegian Seafood Parent-Child Cooking Class" was hosted by Mandai Co., Ltd. in Osaka Prefecture. On August 23rd , Alvis Co., Ltd. hosted the same event in Toyama Prefecture.
We invited Mr. Fredrik Hald of Leroy Seafood, who was awarded the Norwegian Chef of the Year, to come to Japan and carry out the event. Parents and children who won the lottery were able to join and cook together with Mr. Fredrik Hald using Aurora salmon.
Participants learned about Norway and learned how to cook by watching a demonstration by Mr. Fredrik Hald. At the end of the course, Mr. Fredrik Hald gave each participant a certificate of completion. As souvenirs, Aurora Salmon was presented to the participants together with promotional goods. The participants looked very happy to receive them.
