Chairman Yoneda donated 50 million yen to the Kyoto Shimbun Society Welfare Organization.
The donation will be used to purchase assist vehicles and for the “Scholarship of Love” program, which supports students living in Kyoto and Shiga who have difficulty raising money for school expenses.
The donation acceptance ceremony was held at the Kyoto Shimbun headquarters on October 29, 2024, and Yoneda handed a certificate of 50 million yen to Mr. Yuji Onishi, chairman of the foundation.
