Aurora Salmon 15th Anniversary Event at Sushi Choshimaru
On Sunday, August 27, the 15th anniversary event of Aurora Salmon® was held at Sushi Choshimaru's Kiba restaurant. Fredrik Hald, a former winner of Norway's Chef of the Year from Leroy Seafoods, Norway, visited the restaurant and interacted with customers.
Chefs from Choshimaru demonstrated the cutting of Aurora Salmon. Mr. Fredrik prepared his original special menu for the customers, "Aurora Salmon® Tartar," using freshly cut Aurora Salmon.
Customers enjoyed taking photos and interacting with Mr. Fredrik while tasting the special menu.
Choshimaru has been actively involved in selling Aurora Salmon since it was first introduced 15 years ago, and it has now grown into a brand of salmon that has the support of many customers.
Leroy Seafoods, Daiichi Suisan, Choshimaru, and Ocean Trading will continue to cooperate with each other and strive to be loved by as many people as possible.
