High school students from Norway visited our Kyoto Head Office

On Thursday, September 25, students from Danielson High School in Norway visited the Kyoto HQ as part of yearly school trip. OTC employee explained OTC's business and main product; Aurora salmon and then experienced nigiri-sushi making. The students studied tips on how to make nigari-sushi from OTC staff who trained at sushi restaurant, and enjoyed delicious sushi while having great fun.
