We held “JAPAN SEAFOOD EXPO 2025”
We held the “JAPAN SEAFOOD EXPO 2025” in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on April 21 and 22, 2025.
SENDO ICHI SEAFOOD (M) SDN. BHD., an affiliate company, hosted this event, inviting retailers and food service industry representatives who deal with Japanese food in Malaysia to introduce and sample Japanese food products exported by our company.
Last year, we held a similar event, which was so well received that we decided to hold this event for the second time.
This year, we exhibited a variety of Japanese fish and other marine products, beef, fruits and vegetables, processed foods, alcoholic beverages, and seasonings, including 70 items that we had not previously handled.
More than 300 visitors came to the exhibition, and many were eager to ask questions about the products.
The tasting corner was also very popular, especially for oysters, for which we invited a wholesaler from Japan, providing seven kinds and about 1,000 pieces over two days.
We will continue to implement such approaches on a regular basis to widely promote the attractiveness of Japanese food culture to foreign countries.
