Gained Kurumin certification (2nd stage)

On February 10, 2025, we were certified by the Minister of Health, Labor, and Welfare as a Company that Supports Raising Next-Generation Children, and received Kurumin Certification (2nd stage).

We have been actively and continuously working to support childcare so that all employees can fully demonstrate their abilities by balancing work and childcare.

Under the “First Action Plan (January 1, 2021-December 31, 2022),” the scope of the shortened working hour system was expanded (the eligible age of children was raised to elementary school age), leave systems were introduced (child nursing leave system, childcare leave system, etc.), and efforts were made to reduce overtime work, etc. The company received Kurumin certification (first stage) in 2023.

Under the “Second Action Plan (January 1, 2023 - December 31, 2024),” the following initiatives were undertaken and approved in recognition of the company's achievements.
・Shortened working hour system: Expansion of the eligible age for children increased to the third grade of elementary school
・Initiatives to reduce overtime work
・Promotion of taking paid leave
・The status of use of the company's work-life balance support system and the results of efforts to support work-life balance were reviewed and improved at an internal committee meeting.
We will continue our commitment to creating a comfortable work environment for our employees.

Kurumin Certification
In accordance with the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children, companies that have formulated a general business owner action plan, achieve the goals set forth in the plan, and meet certain criteria are eligible to apply to be certified by the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare as a “company that supports child-rearing” (Kurumin certification). The Kurumin Mark is a sign that the company has received this certification.
As of December 31, 2024, approximately 4,858 companies nationwide have acquired Kurumin certification. Of these, approximately 1,300 have been certified twice (two stars) or more.
